M.Sc, Ph.D (Health Sciences) — 22+ Years in Healthcare Education
Dear Students and Colleagues,
It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the academic community of Profenaa College of Nursing & Health Science. As Dean of Academics, my responsibility is to ensure that every programme we offer is intellectually rigorous, clinically relevant, and aligned with the evolving demands of the global healthcare landscape.
We live in a time of extraordinary transformation in healthcare. Advances in diagnostics, telemedicine, robotic-assisted surgery, AI-driven care pathways, and evidence-based nursing are reshaping what it means to be a health professional. Our curriculum is designed to ensure that Profenaa graduates are not just keeping up with these changes — they are leading them.
Our academic framework emphasises three pillars: evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous professional development. Students are encouraged to engage with research, participate in seminars, and develop the habit of questioning and improving clinical practice.
We have cultivated partnerships with leading hospitals, research institutes, and international organisations so that our students receive a breadth of experience that goes far beyond the classroom. Our faculty are active practitioners and researchers who bring the latest developments from the field directly into your learning.
I encourage every student to take ownership of your learning. Attend conferences, read journals, ask questions that don't yet have answers, and dare to innovate. The future of Indian healthcare rests in part on the ambition and curiosity of students exactly like you.
We are proud of what you will accomplish, and we are committed to providing every resource and opportunity to help you get there.
